Industries ranging from automotive and heavy equipment to aerospace and appliances have increasingly relied on the Ingersoll Rand QX Connect Series tools for precise control over torque, angle, and speed across various fastening applications. The introduction of the INSIGHT Connect app further empowers technicians by enabling them to maintain productivity on the shop floor without necessitating extensive technical training, specialized software, or access to a plant network.

The application is compatible with smartphones and tablets, facilitating quick adjustments to torque and angle control settings on closed-loop, transducerized tools. Notably, once installed, the app operates offline, addressing potential internet connectivity challenges in expansive manufacturing environments and minimizing downtime where efficiency is crucial.

Key functionalities of the INSIGHT Connect app include:

 <li>Firmware and software upgrades via Bluetooth using files received from Ingersoll Rand via email.</li>
 <li>Creation and remote sharing of Virtual Psets/configurations for streamlined programming.</li>
